Show Topics

  • The guys are in the New York studios today after an eventful weekend of Skiing in Colorado, and the number one thing they’ve noticed are the new Bathrooms. They almost look futuristic. In Colorado, Rich had some trouble skiing, but that’s just what happens when you go 10 years without doing something. The one thing they missed by skiing all weekend though, was Fergie’s new jazzy take on the National Anthem at the NBA All-Star game. It has gotten a lot of backlash, but in terms of sound, it doesn’t seem too bad. Just the video makes it look a little strange with players laughing during it.
  • While in Colorado, C&R went to see The Greatest Showman, and were surprised to find that it was FANTASTIC! Both enjoyed it, and discovered that Hugh Jackman really is a triple threat when it comes to acting, singing, and dancing. Others in the film were good, like Zac Efron and Zendaya, but Hugh Jackman was the real Greatest Showman. The story is about P.T. Barnum and how he began his circus, but is a loose take on the origin. The real Barnum was like 60 when he started the circus, and it was made up of a lot more freaks than beautiful people like Jackman and Efron.
  • Elon Musk and Stephen Hawking are apparently taking brain pills, and Rich is convinced that he needs some. It looks like the real deal to him, and he wants to get in before everyone’s taking them. Would you ever jump on something like that before it’s gone through the trial period? What about downloading your consciousness into another person or CPU? Would that be a game changer, or does it seem a little too much like Black Mirror?
  • In the new bathroom at the NYC studios there are already a few pubes that have fallen into the toilet bowl. How is that possible, they’ve only been there for like 5 hours? How do you keep yourself from leaving pubes all over the place? Do you constantly clean up after yourself? Or do you forget about them? What about the Brown Inchworms? Those little balls of toilet paper that are left behind after you wipe, do you take care of those as well, or just leave them behind?
