“I was the guy that sent in the iPod pics. If they’re fake, we didn’t know it…and it wasn’t a stunt by us. I even watermarked them in Paint…I don’t even know HOW to use Photoshop. Our listener was the one who put our website backdrop in the pics.
Having said that, I think they might be real. I think the pixels came when I saved them as low-res versions when I did the Paint water-marking. To prove I think they’re legit, I’ve sent in a HIGH-RES unwater marked photo.

According to that man (he works with Apple)…
“-to show it’s real. If you look at the board, it states Apple 2009 very clear. The 2nd gen AKA iPod touch out now, has 2008 on it. They haven’t revised the 2008 touch. I will compare them in pic in a sec.
-BTW, these phones NEVER leave Apple and this one left but it was a durability test phone, so that’s why the screen is all gridded off and cracked.
-The side by side picture is the inside of the current gen vs the 3rd gen (one coming out in September).
-I acquired this from a guy that I buy parts phones and iPods from. I believe he’s a recycler in ***********, so what most likely happened is that Apple threw this away and he some how got it and sold it for parts.”
UPDATE: For any blogs asking…this is not a stunt. at least not on our end. as far as we know, these photos are 100% legit.

NO ONE was happy with Covino and Rich. Their only directions for the interview were for there to be not to many pregnancy questions and to NOT ask about Reggie Bush and their sister Kim. So what did C&R do? Spend the whole interview talking about the baby and Reggie Bush. As the guy who is producing the show today, let me just say this made things more difficult But hey, it was good stuff.

Apparently the bosses here at SIRIUS/XM want Rich to interview Quentin Tarantino as part of the Mash-Up crew at 2:30. Here’s the problem. That’s DURING OUR SHOW. What’s going to happen?
-Should we get Quentin Tarantino in our studio with The Mash-Up Crew?
-Should Covino host the show by himself?
-Should Rich go do the interview and we patch the interview studio’s audio into OUR studio?
-Should Rich refuse to go?
