Hey there dudebros Spyke is back and as always I am bringing you another C&R Show Recap.

It’s a Tuesday on the C&R show and sadly Spot is not here to celebrate Tuesday with us. However, you can look forward to me filling in for him the rest of the week.

Summer is coming to an end. While for all of you working stiffs out there it doesn’t mean much, but for guys like me it means getting ready to go back to school. So today on the C&R show we took a look back in time. Back to our first day of school. Back to when buying the right Nike’s really did matter. Do you guys have any good back to school stories. Check below to listen to Rich’s favorite back to school song.

Next up on the show we touched upon an interesting story. Supposedly a pillow fight recently broke out on an airline, and this got the guys thinking. Who still gets into pillow fights. Rich says that pillow fights are reserved for hot nussies and sorority girls. However, Covino told us of his involvement in the most epic of pillow fights. So epic and hardcore that kids were even getting knocked. Next week Covino gets is a tickle fight……………

So Pee Wee Herman is back in the news defending that when he was arrested in 1991 for masturbating in a porn theatre that he couldn’t have been masturbating. His reasoning, a study saying that almost 99.9% of people will masturbate with there dominant hand. So Pee Wee, Rich believes in you. So, this conversation led us to looking at our first encounters with porn. So what was it for you, vhs tapes, the internet, or maybe an XXX theatre like Pee Wee, what was your first porn experience?

Our next topic was a bit disturbing. Tila Tequila recently opened for a The Insane Clown Posse. During her song people in the crowd began throwing bottles eggs rocks and ever piss and shit from nearby port-o-pottys. Its pretty messed up if you ask me, but still is there anything more degrading?

Today also saw the end of MAN words. C&R go into detail about why man words are ridiculous. Though only a few could still be kept like MANgina.

Welcome back to a new week of the C&R Show. A lot has happened on the C&R Show, so lets see what happened on today’s show.

Over the weekend Covino took the time to enjoy some tennis. I mean come on who doesn’t want to enjoy some tennis right. Well unfortunately for Covino his tennis watching was ruined by some rather audible grunts coming from the girls who were playing. This grunting issue lead to an interesting discussion about what would happen if you were banging a chick and her grunts had more bass than hers. Honestly, if that ever happened to me I would run away faster than she would be able to finish grunting.

So Rich decided to drop a doozey on us since he recently caught up with the rest of the crowd and saw Shutter Island. Was DiCaprio’s character Teddy really crazy or did the island make him that way? Watch it again and see what you can come up with.

Shark Week has begun, but honestly do you even care? We decided to discuss on the show today why people absolutely sweat shark week. It’s popping up on twitters and facebooks everywhere, but do you actually sit down and watch the shark week shows. Rich say no and I agree, I love discovery as much as any nerd but I am not going all out crazy for Shark Week.

Since this is my gateway to the listeners I have a quick question. Are you doing alight? Haha. Has anyone ever mindfucked you by asking if you were OK when you were doing just fine. Well a caller decided it was a good day to mind fuck Covino. Lets just say the calls just kept coming in and Covino denied anything was wrong, but we all know what the problem is. The Sharks for Shark Week just have a better shark fin than Covino.

Next up was a super high tech news alert. It is so amazing only the video of this thing can really make you appreciate it, so please see below.

While we were on the idea of new innovations it appears that C&R need to go back to high school. Rich is convinced that the Earth is heavier now than it was in the past since there are more people in the world and all of the building we have built. I can’t even explain this more. Believe me, it was a frustrating discussion.

Last but not least on today show I got to fulfill a dream. Just call me Batman, well not really. I recently had a run in with a bat the left me getting nine needles in me as well as catch a bat after do a little bit of damage. Watch out I might have rabies.

Today was an action packed and emotional day on the Covino and Rich Show.

Obama was on The View today and I am sure he was given the hard-hitting question. One of the hardest hitting questions was, Do you know who Snooki is? Obama answered no, but honestly he has to know. The Jersey Shore crew has been all over the news. For him not to know who Snooki is definitely crazy. Listen Obama we know you are the President, but its ok, you can admit your guilty pleasures.

Kevin John, Celebrity Artist was on the C&R Show today. All the way from Erie, PA,. Kevin came by to show off his artist skill and sketch a portrait of C&R. Check out his awesome work below.

Also on today’s show we have the ultimate shoot out. Who is the biggest badass on television?
Is It Eric from TrueBlood, Michael Westin from Burn Notice, Don Draper of Madmen or any of the great TV personalities that are on today. Though after much deliberation it appeared that Eric from TrueBlood won out.

Lastly on the show today I had a revelation. I spilled my guts out to the show. I am an unhappy guy. Even though I have so much going for me there has always been one thing that has made me unhappy. I am a fat guy. No joke. However on the show today I decided to turn my life around and make a change. So I looked to the dudebros for help, and who better to help out than John Basedow of Fitness Made Simple.

I know this is a little late, but things have been busy over at The Covino and Rich Show while we prepare to bring you some awesome new stuff. The Covino and Rich Show was recently out on the west coast bringing you the show live from the 2010 All-Star Fan Fest in Anaheim, California. Lets recap what went on at the All-Star Fan Fest.

To start off the guys got into a discussion about sports movies. This discussion brought us to an important question. How much sports should your woman know? The consensus we reached said that girls should know a little bit but not be Mrs. Statboy. I know a few girls that live an breath sports teams and I won’t lie it comes off as being unattractive. Check out the trailer for my favorite sports movie below.

While The Show is on the wast coast, it just so happens that the hotel Spot and Rich were staying at was literally walking distance to Disney World. So with some free tickets in hand Spot and Rich took a trip into Disney. Covino was quick to lay into them say that it is pretty yagadosh for two guys to go to Disney Land together. While a lot listeners called in and gave good points on both sides, the ruling is still out out.

Hmm maybe its not ok to go with your guy buddy.

On Monday the guys also started their annual Fan Fest Challenges. The first one was the pitching contest and the results are as follows:

1st Round
Rich: 70
Covino: 68
Spot: 42 (FYI Spot got out thrown by a little leaguer)

2nd Round
Rich: 73
Covino: 71
Spot: 43

So yes spot is terrible at throwing baseballs. However, to his defense it sound like he wasn’t taking a a real wind up.

To continue the festivities Covino and Rich challenged Spot to a churro eating contest. Spot could only eat 2 so he gets a E for Failure.

Yes, Spot was enjoying this.

The challenges continue with a sliding booth at the Fan Fest. Spot went head first, but didn’t beat the pitch.

During the Home Run Derby C&R again made it in the pages of bushwacker glory. When a ball makes its way towards their seats, Spot, Covino and Rich bring the bushwacker out in full glory, bushwack on guys.

Getting on the in stadium screen and on ESPN gave the guys a huge adrenaline rush. We started today’s shows talking about what that rush feels like. You could be on TV, have a near death experience, meet your hero or even call in your favorite radio station and get on air. The rush is always the same.

Seeing as the show was out on a Tuesday they couldn’t forget about talking a little Pussification of America. We have 3 stories and you guys can be the judge .

1. Mascots are getting sued for interacting with fans. Things like jumping into the stands dancing with fans and hugging fans has been leading mascots to court. Is this messed up or what, these guys are trying to show you a good time and sue them? Find something better to do.
2. 2. We constantly are trying to soften the blow of failure for kids nowadays. Teachers and parents are proposing that the letter E should replace F when a student is give a failing grade, so as to not make the kid feel like a failure. Hey kid do your homework because guess what, you are a failure, no way around it.
3. 3. Strong push for Native American teams to be pushed from sports and replaced with new names. So the Fighting Sioux should be changed but the Fighting Irish is ok. Hello double standard.

So which one of these do you thing is the most pussified. Personally i think there are all equally shitty.

Next up on the show we talked about one of Covino’s favorite topics conspiracy theories. A UFO is spotted over China. While these sighting are usually nothing new it prompted the Chinese government to close the airports close to the where the phenomenon happened. Could it really be nothing? If it is then that’s a whole lot of nothing to close an airport.

A chupricabra was recently found and killed in Texas. I saw a picture of this thing and unless that is the sickest coyote in the world then its definitely real. Check out the picture below.

Las t up on the C&R All-Star show the first of the Mel Gibson tapes begin to emerge. This instantly gives rise to a Mel Gibson vs. Christian Bale remix on youtube. I would say its official, Gibson is nuts.

Hey there dudebros its me Spyke, and I am back from the holiday weekend with today’s show recap.

I hope everyone had an awesome 4th of July weekend. If you were tuning into Stars Too over the weekend you had a chance to hear Spot host the 4th of July Stag Bash. I had a chance to listen and Spot sounded pretty damn good.

Also celebrating this holiday in style Rich and Sarah took a trip to our nations capital, and amidst of all the history even Rich was able to find the funny in Washington D.C.

While on the topic of Rich’s excursion to Washington D.C., while Rich was visiting he was able to go out to a Washington Nationals game. After realizing how nice the stadium was Rich asked all of the dudebros today if it was a crazy idea to try and see at least 2 to 3 new stadiums a year. Personally I don’t think its crazy, as long as you don’t go in the 100 degree heat.

In case you were wondering or have been looking for your Back to the Future DVDs, Doc Brown never planned on coming to July 6, 2010. It was all a hoax, and suprisingly it was able to be the biggest trending topic on twitter. Come on guys, i thought you would remember your movies better than that.

So in tribute to hoax tweets we made up one of our own, According to Happy Days, the character Arthur H. Fonzarelli turns 75 today! Happy Birthday Fonz! Ayyyyyyyy.

Mr. Fonzarelli I salute you.

Can you wear shorts and sandals to work? Today Rich did and it sparked a heated debate about professionalism and whether or not a guy should show off his toes. I mean really just look at Rich’s…Would you show up to work with these bad boys?

We also brought up Covino’s calcium deposits that he likes to cough up. He really needs to get his tonsils out since Layla won’t kiss him until he has them out. Being in the studio with him I can say its pretty nasty.

Last but not least we were visited by the awesome guys at Fireball Energy Drinks www.fireballus.com. There catchy slogan “Get off the Bull and on the Ball”, really had me interested in the product. After I had a can i must say it tastes just like Redbull but without the diesely gasoline taste. Check it out, its super tasty.

Hey guys its Chloe with the recap of today’s C&R Show. Today we started off by talking about the weather for the 4th this weekend..what could be more interesting?! NOT. Although I must say I am pretty pumped about how good the weather is going to be! We then had a real quick discussion about whether you can get a hicky on your penis. What do you think? C&R say absolutely not!

After the wonderful discussion about the male genitals which completely changed gear into talking about food. yumm. Rich was extremely excited because he tried a new food which is now going to be a regular in his rigorous diet to get back into shape in one month. This amazing new food is Talabit. This led to the conversation of discussing foods that you have not tried until maybe last year…and also our discovery of how much Covino HATES sushi and everyone who eats it. Personally, I am not the biggest fan of raw fish, or raw meat for that matter, but I don’t judge people who eat it! But I must agree with C&R on the fact that how your parents raise you can truly affect the types of food you like, or even the ones you want to try. For example, Covino’s parents probably do not like raw fish, which then lead him to hating it sooooo much.

Poor little Spot was once again picked on, not only did we talk about his blind date coming up (which I am VERY excited about=) ), but we also spoke about how his true witty personality is able to shine way better on other shows such as Cocktails With Patrick on Cosmo Radio. We played some clips from when Spot was able to shine of C with P and compared them to his personality on C&R….and there really was a difference. So Covino and Rich STOP picking on Spot so much and MAYBE he will be able to show his colors on your show too!

Next on the show was OBVIOUSLY my favorite part…my rap! On today’s show I had to rap The Breaks by Kurtis Blow. I practiced all morning for my debut and I think it turned out very well…check out the video that’s going to be posted of it online later today…

After my rap we discussed “reject” or “mutant” brothers. For example, on True Blood this past Sunday, my favorite show on T.V. right now, Don Swayze, Partick Swayze brother had a small part in the show which led us into the conversation of famous siblings, or siblings in general and how one always overpowers the other. We did not only find it in this case but you can also see it when it comes to Vincent Chase and Johnny Drama on Entourage, Covino and his little brother, and ever the Olsen Twin and their younger sister.

Often when you listen to a song you can easily mishear the lyrics being sung which then leads you to one signing the wrong words. But recently people have been coming up with new lyrics to classics songs which are pretty funny…check on this Obama’s Elf clip which is mocking the song All By Myself….

Hello there dudebros Spyke here with another Show Recap.

Today was a definitely a Tuesday. We started out with a lengthy discussion about Nerds and Geeks. Many of you that met me at the Dudebro Convention and here me chime in on the show definitely knows that i have many of the Nerd/Geek qualities. However, as Covino like to point out I like to talk about the pusseta a lot. So, the questions we brought up today was whether or not Nerds/Geeks in 2010 are finally cool and relevant. While have Nerd skills may not mean you are instantly getting a chick, it seems to be a necessity for being a well rounded dude. We had so many dudebros call in that we weren’t able to get to all the calls. So I would like to ask the dudebros to take it to the forums and let us know what you think.

Next up on the C&R show was something that happened during Rich’s recent trip to Atlantic City for a bachelor party. A friend of Rich (who we will leave unnamed) had gotten suckered into buying lap dances from a not so awesome stripper. After the lap dances were over Rich’s friend had a look of disgust. He explained that when the stripper had gotten near him that she had a pretty dank pusseta. He even went to the length of saying that it was so bad he wanted to change his jeans. So if you get a bad lap dance can you ask for a refund? Well personally i think asking for one will get you a bouncer’s fist to the face, but what do you think?

How do you feel about your hair. C&R look at a legend, John Legend that is too see what all the fuss was about his hair line looking messed up. As you can see from the picture below he is sporting a nice Zorro Z. Though by now celebrities should know better than to fight about dumb stuff like this since it always bites you in the ass in the end.

What do you guys think is it really that bad?

Next up and possibly the most disturbing thing i have seen was during our Pussification of America. This past weekend on True Blood a rather violent sex scene took place and had people crying out that they would never watch again and that it was rape. Come on though, its vampire sex, what did you expect tender romance?

Hello there dudebros Spike here bringing you all of the latest from an action packed 90’s Rock Friday.

I must say what a way to start off a Friday. Spot and I decided to have another little competition. A Spanish soccer announcer named Andres Cantor recently was calling the USA-Algeria World Cup Match. He made it very clear that Landon Donovan had scored the game winning goal, with an exceptionally long GOAL!!!!! So Spot and I decided to have it to see who could call out the longest Goal. Spot was able to clock in with a respectable 21 seconds, however, it wasn’t able to compete with my 28 seconds. Check out the video to see what it sounded like from the source.

Has a company ever surprised you by going above and beyond what they normally do? Rich was telling us a story about how his bank had called him to make sure he wrote a check since they said his signature was a little bit off. Personally, I cannot think of any instance of it happening to me, but hey I am still young.

The next thing we talked about on the show kinda sounds like we should turn in our guy cards. If you have Toy Story 3 at the end it can be quite the tear jerker. After Rich had seen it with his fiance he sent out a tweet admitting that he had gotten quite emotional at the end of the film. While he did get a few responses from people calling him gay and the like, he got a strong following from guys that admitted they also cried. Did this or any other movie ever make you cry?

Here is a question for all of you dudebros. If you call up a guy and people answer and they say nothing more than the guy you called will be back in a few months, do you automatically assume he is in jail? Rich who is going to a bachelor party for one of his buds was trying to get a hook up at a strip club and ran into the the same problem. I say this guy is definitely in jail, though it could be other things. What do you guys think?

So I know we have a lot of listeners who may be hunters and knowledgeable on this next subject. Could you survive a bear attack. Even though Covino thinks he could take out a monkey a bear is a different story. Knowing Rich, however, he and the bear would end up being best buds later on sharing a picnic basket. Bears can be viscous and I don’t think I want to be that close to a bear to find out.

Well Spot has a birthday coming up and he will be hitting the big 30. The guys explore whether or not Spot has done all of the things that he had planned on doing before he hit thirty. I thought i would attach a short list of the things he wished he had accomplished.

1. Move out of moms house;
2. Make more money;
3. End up with a nice woman; and
3. Have a threesome.

And that was just a teaser. C&R also explore about how once you hit 30 you can no longer make dumb decisions because now you are held to a higher level of accountability. What do you guys think?

Today we started the off with a little Trueblood action. After last night’s episode of True Blood HBO released a special Snoop Dogg rap. Check it out below. I personally kinda like it, and it proves that Snoop can rap about anything.

By the way, did you wish everyone a happy Father’s Day? I hope you did, since it appears that Rich and Spot neglected to give Covino a text or phone call on his first Dadbro Day.

I know this next topic has been beaten to hell and many of you no longer want to hear about it, but Spot is still having relationship issues. Besides not returning Steve Ward’s phone calls and text messages, Spot also cancelled plans with Rich and rendezvoused with a still unknown individual.

Also today on the Covino and Rich Show, the guys explored who was the artist that shaped the 2000s. Who could it be, Mariah Carey, Nickelback, Kanye West, or Ticklesack. Well…it was none of those. The Winner is……………EMINEM!!!!!!!! According to C&R and the listeners, Eminem dominated the 2000s. Check out some classic Eminem below.

Hey there Dudebros, today was a day to be remembered on the C&R Show.

To start off the day Dennis Hoff and Bunny Ranch girl Camie Parker stopped by the show. Camie is recently on the cover and centerfold of Hustler Magazine. During our interview Camie and Dennis were kind enough to give spot and I some ass slapping lessons. This turned into a little competition between Spot and I. Well Dudebros I am officially the ass slapping champion after Camie chose me with the best ass slap. After our little competition Dennis made Spot an offer to top all offers. Dennis offered spot an all expense paid trip to the Bunny Ranch. Airfare, hotel, girls, food alcohol, the works, however, Spot was a bit reluctant to take up the offer. Could you see your self at the bunny ranch? Only time will tell what Spot’s final decision will be.

We all know that Rich’s guilty pleasure is the Bachelorette on ABC. Well this past week on the show we were shown exactly what you should not do when you are out on a date. NEVER SING TO WOMAN ESPECIALLY IF U CANT SING. Check out the clip below. WARNING: Extreme laughter will ensue.

Can you remember the days of old school Nintendo games? Recently Covino tweeted the cheat code for the original Knockout and Contra on Nintendo. This got the guys thinking about all the old school games that were awesome even though the graphics sucked.

Can you believe it? Recently, in Seattle, Washington a police officer was filmed punching a woman in the face. Basically the guys were talking about, this chick getting punched in the face. Watch the video below for the whole story. Do you think the Cop was justified?

It wouldn’t be the C&R show if there wasn’t a little bit of conspiracy involved. Recently a man had claimed that he had encountered big foot and after several attempts was able to get him to leave his property. This all conveniently happened before the cops showed up to see good ole Bigfoot. I don’t know, but some how i believe him yo.
